1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in new condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect. If the error is on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: Sheertopix reserves the right to charge a restocking fee if the returned item is not in its original condition, packaging, or has been used.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
